The first picture is an example of healthy food, healthy food is food that contains nutrients needed by the body to maintain health and support growth. Requirements for healthy food are clean, nutritious and enough. Healthy food usually has a balanced nutritional content between carbohydrates, proteins, fats and vitamins. In this healthy food picture there are fish, green peppers, red peppers, yellow peppers, and lemon.
May be fish in this picture is Salmon or Tuna. Tuna and Salmon contains nutrients, vitamins, and cholesterol. In three ounces Tuna meat contains one hundred ten calories, twenty four grams protein, and two hundred seventy eight milligrams omega-3 fats. While Salmon with the same portion contains one hundred sixty calories, twenty two grams protein and five grams fats. Besides Protein Salmon contains forty five percent vitamin B12, while vitamin B12 in Tuna is only thirty percent. Vitamin B12 is very good for skin and eye health. However, Tuna contains lower calories than Salmon. In one hundred grams Salmon, contains fifty five milligrams cholesterol, while Tuna only contains forty four milligrams cholesterol in the same weight.
Pepper is chili, the shaped like a bell, the taste is crispy, fresh, not spicy. pepper contain vitamin C and antioxidants. In the market, green pepper cheaper than red and yellow peppers. because green pepper is young pepper. Green peppers contain twenty calories, zero point eighty six grams protein, one point seven grams nutrition, zero point zero six milligrams vitamin C, and zero point seventeen grams fat. Red peppers contain twenty six calories, zero point ninety nine grams protein, two grams nutrition, one hundred ninety milligrams of vitamin C, zero point three grams of fat. Yellow peppers contain twenty seven calories, one gram protein, zero coma nine grams nutrition, one-hundred eighty three point five milligrams vitamin C, zero-point twenty one grams fat.
Lemon the taste is sour, in one hundred grams of lemon contains twenty seven milligrams vitamin C, zero point zero four milligrams vitamin B1, zero point nine grams protein, zero point two grams fat, eleven point four carbohydrates, zero point five grams minerals, thirty three milligrams calcium, twenty three milligrams phosphorus, zero point four milligrams iron, forty nine milligrams acrobatic acid, fifty one calories, eighty six grams water. The second picture is an example of healthy living is sports, the sport in this picture is running. Running is a sport that can be done at any time, lots of benefits from running for health such as smoothing the blood flow, improving health and fitness. Besides the release of hormones and enzymes that stimulate the heart and muscles work better. The most important benefits of running can lose weight, and believe or not by running can improve mood, because when running, the body releases endorphins which are able to interact with receptors in your brain to reduce perceptions of pain. This hormone also triggers positive feelings in the body. From these two images can be concluded, that a healthy body needs healthy food with balanced exercise.
